General terms and conditions of online store

The web site www.thatslovenia.com is an online store, operating in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act. When logging into the system the visitor acquires the user's name and password, providing her/him the access to her/his account at each visit of the web site (User's profile), respectively, acquires the right to buy. The user's name and password are unequivocally defined by and related to the entered data of the user. The general terms and conditions regulate the operation of the online store, the user's rights, and the business relationship between the owner of the online store, the providers of products, and a consumer.

Prices and data updating

All the prices are presented in EUR and comprise the prescribed VAT. When registering, the VAT taxable persons shall also state their tax number. The provider of products is doing his best to attend to the updating and accuracy of data, stated on the web. All the same the properties of products, the delivery terms, and prices change, thus, that there is a possibility that the provider of products can not correct the data on the web sites at the same time as changes occur. In such a case the buyer shall be informed about the change and shall be given a possibility of cancellation or exchange of ordered product. In the case of the change of the product's price within the course of order processingt, the provider of products informs the buyer about it. The provider of products will do his best to ensure to the buyer the lowest price, respectively, to offer an adequate solution to mutual satisfaction.

All the pictures of products are symbolic and do not assure the property of a product.

Ordering

The Internet ordering can be done 24 hours a day, all days in a year. The consumer chooses and orders products, available in the online store and ranked in categories. Once his order is submitted, the buyer receives the electronic notification about the receipt of his order. It states all the products and quantities, chosen by the buyer. The buyer can always access to the detailed data about the status and contents of his order in the online store under the heading the Visitor's profile (link Your profile). The buyer shall inform the supplier of goods about the eventual change of order, respectively, the cancellation of order, by sending a message to his e-address  info@thtslovenia.comor info@konteksta.si, in which he has to state the number of purchase, mentioned in the electronic message, confirming the receipt of order. The provider of products packages the goods discreetly within the said time limit, forwards it, and informs the buyer about forwarding. In the said electronic message the provider of products advises the buyer about the policy of returning the goods, who the buyer may contact in the case of the late delivery, and who he can address his claim to.

Pravica do odstopa od nakupa, vračilo blaga

The buyer is entitled to return the bought goods without any compensation. The buyer shall inform the provider about the intended return of goods in writing within 15 days at the latest, counting from the day of the receipt of goods, and that with a message, sent to the contact e-mail info@thtslovenia.com or info@konteksta.si, and return the goods within further 15 days. In this case the buyer himself defrays costs, resulting from the return of the bought product. The products shall be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. The provider is not obliged to accept consignments with redemptory price, or consignments, which do not comply with the provider's general terms of operation.

Mode of payment

Within online store the provider ensures the following arrangements for payment: 

• by assignment to the account of the administrator of Konteksta d.o.o. (according to the offer / pro forma invoice) (the Web Price is applicable),
• by payment card or credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, Diners) (5% lower discount than at the Web Price),
• cash on delivery at the take-over.

You hand the cash over to the postman or delivery man at the time of the receipt of the parcel and the postal company is going to perform the payment transaction for you. You pay to the post company Pošta Slovenije the commission for the payment transaction by special postal order according the post company's applicable price list.

On the day of September 21, 2007, the commissions amounted to:
- purchase up to 95,98 EUR (postal commission - 0,96 EUR),
- purchase from 95,98 EUR to 500.75 EUR (postal commission - 1% from the sum of redemptory price),
- at the purchase over 500,75 EUR (postal commission - 5,01 EUR). The Purchase agreement (order) is in the electronic form, saved on the server of the administrator of the web site and thus accessible for the buyer 24 hours a day within his user's profile. Sellers Standard International Rate
Estimated delivery varies for items shipped from an international location.

to 2 kg: 16,40 Eur (incl. VAT)
Package – other European countries
to 2 kg: 16,40 Eur (exl. VAT)

Payment cards and credit cards

The following terms and conditions apply in the case of payment by payment cards or credit cards:

• the percentage of discount on the Regular Price is reduced for 5 percentage points, 
• the payer (whose data are in the user's profile) shall be the same person or organization as the holder of the payment card or the credit card,
• no change of contents of the order is possible after the submission of an order, respectively, the final sum of the order, except in special cases, defined by the provider of products.

Data protection

The owner of the web site Thatslovenia.com (Konteksta d.o.o.) guarantees the protection of personal data, used exclusively for the purpose of informing about order processing (if a visitor at the online store performs a purchase) and sending of the printed advertising material. The owner guarantees that the data of visitors and users will be used only for the undisturbed order processing and will not be disclosed to third persons.
In the case of difficulties, respectively, the lack of clarity at the use of the web site, the owner of the web site reserves the right to contact the consumer by using long distance communication means. Performing his registration, a visitor gives permission to the owner of the web site for the collecting and use of personal data, entered at the registration. All the data, stated by the visitor at his registration, are intended only for the business operation of the provider, and shall not be transferred for other purposes or to a third person. The data, entered into the adequately secured and protected computer system by the visitor at his registration, are being saved for a long duration. However, we do not bear any responsibility in the case of the intrusion into the computer system.
